I'm a 17 year old teenager who's recently become very interested in Kyokushin. At the moment unfortunately I am not studying formally at any dojo since i have limited time, access and money . Despite those shortcomings I have built for myself a Makiwara that i use (No, I'm not out there breaking my hands haha) and am in the process of trying to recreate a semi-whole Hojo undo workout regiment. Until then I have no weights so it's all push ups and sit ups for me. Regular push ups, knuckle on concrete push ups, fingertips, diamonds, and inclined. Then crunches, Russian twists, death sit ups (hold feet out and lower back is elevated then bring in slowly not resting at top or floor) and just situps. I really am interested in Kyokushin and in college I'm hoping to find a place to train at. Anyways Osu and see you on the forums!

Welcome to the site! Sounds like you are pushing yourself, in the circumstances that you are in---that is great.

When you say Jersey.....you are referring to New Jersey? Which part?
