Who can read Japanese? and who does MIXI?
Who can read Japanese in K4L community? And for those who can read Japanese, have you heard of MIXI? Everyone in Japan uses MIXI these days. MIXI is a Japanese version of myspace and you only can be invited by a friend. I don't really like myspace but i love using mixi! It has some cool features!

Myspace is in Japan now, but they got such a late start compared to MIXI, that I bet they will have a hard time making it work....why jump ship if you are already established in Mixi.

My girlfriend uses MIXI. I think it is more a blog site than a networking site if I understand it correctly.

More people use it as a blog, but the networking function is certainly there

Nice, Congrats Vapor! Osu! It looks very well with your alias.

Yer MIXI is not just a blog site. There are many communities around and you can connect with people. It's a lot cleaner and better than myspace IMO. It certainly has helped me to catch up with my old mates.

I was searching through mixi last week or so, and I must say that I was rather amazed...

Our organization is doing a promotion with Volvic Japan over the summer, so the logo is on the bottles, and in every convenience store...

A good number of people had gone to the trouble to take pictures of the water bottles in the store....and done a write up about the campaign, and they were encouraging others to but Volvic, over other beverage selections, as a way to contribute to the works that Volvic (Danone) and our organization are doing in Africa...

I totally didn't expect it to be picked up on and in such detail by your everyday user....

SNS is a powerful tool, that is for sure!!

It can't chat online but it's an advanced SNS like myspace with slight differences in features and more Japanese orientated.

StarKodama > I found a place called "Valerie Studio" the other day when I was walking from dojo.
