Yamamoto came from Shin Karate. Was it created by a former Kyokushin karateka? I don't know? Maybe someone else can tell you how Shin Karate was developed, cuz I have no clue.

As for Mirko Khan he looks Muay Thai and probably is Muay Thai.

Japanese kickboxing rules. Not quite the same as thaiboxing rules. But the difference is pretty obscure. Something to do with throws and sweeps.

BTW. Yuya has fought in k-1 MAX hasn't he? last year I think (I am a little behind on k-1 max) I wonder why he has not made a bigger name there.

Btw2. off topic. Nzproud. I just noticed your avatar! Brilliant. That is the ugliest dance Ive ever seen in a ring. Shootboxing? who is it?
