- Glaube Feitosa (kyokushin) vs Semmy Schilt (ashihara/seidokaikan)

Sad to see Feitosa vs Semmy in the first round
Way too many korean sumo guys in the opening fights.
Why-o-why put a baseball star in a fightsport??? the guy have one win in one fight from the k-1 tryut program, but havent they learned what happens to non fighter who face fighters from that shot-put guy who has been KOd in every fight he has entered. Sure, now they playing it safe by putting him against a sumo guy, but still....
Nice to see Noda again. He deserves a real qualification fight next year, not just opening fights.
Musashi should retire. He was good (if boring for the viewers), but he has taken too many bad KOs in his last fights.
GO JLB Knock Choi out!
It will be interesting to see if Sawayashiki are able to repeat his win over Aerts. As much as I like Aerts, that would be really cool!
Hope Sefo manage to NOT catch a stomachflue this time. He has done that almost every time he has gone to japan for a K-1 event the last few years.
Sefo and Nortje are regulars at the Ichigeki (IKO1 kyokushin/kickboxing gym) when in Japan. I regard them as not "kyokushin family" members, but close friends of the family :-)

My prediction of the tournament.
QF1#JLB over Choi
QF2#Semmy over Feitosa (Glaube has a bad trackrecord vs Semmy)
QF3#Remy over Hari. But Remy will take damage.
QF4#Aerts over Sawayashiki by Dec. Long boring fight.

SF1#Semmy over JLB.
SF2#Aerts over Remy. But Aerts will take damage.

Final: Semmy over Aerts

but if anyone was going to beat Semmy it would be Claube.

Perhaps only Le Banner power besides Claubes feet would concern Semmy.

The titles is for Semmy to lose.
