Sekimoto Kentaro, the infielder of Hanshin Tigers, received tuition from Kakutoka Nicholas Pettas at his training school for professional fightgers "AE Factory" on 1/11. Did Pettas, who beated the 2-meter giant Kim Young Hyun at last year's "K-1 Dynamite", teach Sekimoto the tricks to beat the "Giant "(Yoimuri Giants)?
Sekimoto was determined to learn tricks to beat the Giants. It was not intended as a pun. Low kicks which can collapse a big guy, in one word "Ashi Waza".
Kakutogi has become part of his training. Sekimoto has not been stealing bases for two years (8 stealings in total) so the defense of the opponents will be low. "I aim at 15. 3 each month and 1 each week is not impossible."
"Giants is superb. Takahashi Hisanori-san came to Toshiba yesterday and this superbness will be restrained." said Sekimoto.
For every strong opponent there is a spot to attack. Use the Ashi Waza taught by Pettas to down the nemesis!
