- Feeling well. Also a bit nervous, but I am confident in myself."

- I have trained enough for that.

How many rounds of K-1 sparring have you done?
- There are too many so I cannot remember.

How many each day?
- Six to eight.

For this fight, what do you think will show? Training for K-1 or karate?
- Mixed one. My hope is to win

Do you have any worries about participating?
- I have become nervous in my Karate fights. I think it is something I always have to manage to control.

Do you feel the same like before your first Karate shiai?
- Yes roughly the same.

What advice impresses you most
- From Francisco Filho Shihan "Never give up".

How do you want to win?
- Will not know until that day.

Have you overcome the face-punch issue?
- Already overcome.

What do you think of being called "Kyokushin Monster"?
- The name is not what I made up so I cannot really comment on it, but i think it is nice. I am glad if people think I am strong.

Do you family come to Japan to support you?
- No.

Words from your family?
- Good luck! Father, mother and brother said the same thing to help me to win.

Thoughts about your opponent?
- Strong and someone experienced.

What do you want to show to fans as a Kyokushin champion?
- Win.
