Thanks...it's rough, but when fight time comes, and you're thinking to yourself...I feel GREAT....you'll understand why it had to be that hard.

true...I have alot of variety...I have side split squats, hack squats..
all different kinds...but i can't tell all my workouts o everyone....lol |
