that is a very good idea dent....your reputation stays intact!
i`ve always found the bkk do`s to be a bit formal what we could do with is a defending champion, somebody who gets on with s.a and a k4l member!! lucy come on down!! if a stranger "approached the bench" [ i doubt if hanshi would remember me] i`ve got the reply in my minds eye,"vort iss kay far ell, wah ah my karatikka members?"......with opologies to the great man!

H and I thought a K4L meet at the comp might be a good warm up for the upcoming British, and were trying to think of a way to get everyone together for a meet and greet. I suggested asking to use the mike, and H suggested your kind self as the voice for the announcement. (And the tricky bit where you ask to use it. )What do you say, Champ? Osu!

I'll be in my K4L shirt so I should be fairly easy to spot!
Kenny's mostly always fought at MW hasn't he? only know of a couple of comps he slipped over into heavy, man oh man what a MW category - really really not gutted I couldn't complete this year with that line up, I'd be destroyed, and all the more reason to get back down to LW for next year.

Ha ha good point tmd! I wouldnt wish competing with that line up on anyone! Think MW may well be the highlight of the tournament! The venue is not very big so we'll be able to spot each other pretty easily. Note to all others attending: If you see a crowd of K4L shirts gathering make yourself know!

Yes Kenny was a middleweight for years its only been the last couple of tournaments he's gone upto heavyweight.

Also heard that Darren Stringer will be entered at 70.1 Kilos even though he will be about 65. Is there no rule about fighting in a higher weight cat or is it up to the fighter?

Not to stray too far off topic, but it's funny to me how some weight groups are always better represented than others. What isn't so funny is that there always seem to be more in my division, no matter whether I weigh 65 or 105. That I have yet to explain. Osu!
