Tickets for BKK 08 Open at the K2
Come on then, who has got their tickets - they are selling out fast apparently. Received mine this morning, wrist bands eh very
 PS: Just me and the wife this year so we can attend the Hasbeen extravaganza afterward.

advice needed for british open dillema...
Ow...no...
Appearantly i have a previous engagement the same day (october 4th)... i already tried to get out of it but the gf insists that i need to show up there, i am affraid the concequences will be pretty diar if i dont go to that previous engagement .... What should i do ??

i agree with tmd, crawley is a smaller venue than crystal palace..so they should sell out early....i think it`s worth the admission price just to watch the "russians" [they`re not all russia but from that locality]
we also have the added bonus of some of our own members competing. i had the pleasure of meeting some of our forum members at reading mostly after the tournament for a short period of time.....in october we also have the after tournament bash in croydon, where everybody can get to know each other a bit more over a drink. for anybody interested in knockdown karate and a bit of a whoop up with perhaps a few surprises? this is an event not to be missed!!!! it would be very helpful to know how many people would like to go to the after tournament bash, so i can organise things.  |

I dont think Ksan can get out of it - I know his girlfriend (fiancee actually - not sure how well she will take being called girlfriend over fiancee - I might have to tell her in retribution for Ksan sending my 8 week old daughter a box of crayons with instructions to draw on Daddys books as a refeernce to another thread) and she wont let him out of this event.

latest news on the k4l meet.............................................. .................
blokes block booking at the croydon park hotel has been refused due to them drinking the bar dry and doing irish dances in various states of undress in 2006....excellent behaviour the good news is there is a hotel in crawley that is brave enough to accomodate them....the arora hotel ....this is obviously now the hotel of choice for k4l members...i think some sort of deal may have been done with the bkk on rates, if anybody is planning on staying there i suggest you contact bloke. so we are switching our meet to crawley.....if anybody is familiar with crawley and knows a user friendly pub near the venue or hotel i would really appreciate the info........i will then drag mrs hasbeen down there to investigate!! if anybody has any suggestions, or recommendations please do not hesitate to contact me.....i could do with a bit of help now it`s out of my area. |
