I got 5/6 because that one question said "punches are not allowed to" is a trick question.

Royama Kyokushin-kan now allows punches to the face and anybody that tries to punch my knees is asking for a kick to the head

Meh... I was speeding through and thought it said "kicks are not allowed to" and I picked "the knee".

Speaking of which has anyone seen a nasty kick to a knee from a gedan mawashi geri or worse yet gedan yoko geri?

I haven't just seen the former, I've been a recipient of one. By a guy who shouldn't have needed to do it, being much taller and heavier. My leg was one size from thigh to calf, and it took me a while before I could move that knee properly.

I do have a memory for some things though, so maybe he and I will meet again at some point, and discuss it in person.

What a shame that very few of the pictures were of Kyokushin people. THey all had mitts \ hand protection.
