Kyokushinkan kumite rules

For all the Kyokushinkan (under Royama Kancho) members:

Have your dojo implemented the new kumite rules that Royama Kancho has prescribed yet?

If so, what type of extra techniques are you learning? And what kind of kumite have you been doing?

If not, why not?
