Not sure if you still need the CD.
Anyway at the English page (choose English at the blue bar on top) enter the search number. When you see the item you want just click on it and you see an information page of that item. Look to the right and click "add to shopping cart" and you can choose "proceed to check out" if there is nothing more you need. Then you will come to registration page and choose "new customer" > "International" (outside Japan) and enter your billing details. You will not go wrong with that.
