i buy the Lipton Green Tea Bags in the store,are the Lipton Green Tea Bags good like the regular Green Tea.and i also add Sugar to my Green Tea,does adding Sugar weaken the benefits of Green Tea.Green Tea makes you go to the BathRoom alot too,is this a good thing? sorry for all the questions,i just want to know i love Green Tea and i drink it all the time.

The sugar is just adding calories that you dont really need. I have no idea if it effects the Green Tea itself.
