Mine yesterday
Breakfast: Oats with milk 2 slices of bread a banana Lunch: Sushi only 8 pieces Afternoon: Oats with milk banana Dinner: Chicken stirfry with rice and veges

I'm sure we could all list what we had to eat, but shouldn't we just leave our daily meals to the training logs?

It always starts well with me: porridge oats with milk; then gets worse as the day goes on.

Boldbhoy - that's a very scottish start to the day - My dad used to eat his porridge with Salt!! But he's from the gorbals so I suppose he has an excuse. I'm afraid I'm a bit more civilised and have a huge bowl of home made muesli each day and that sets me up until lunch.

Breakfast: Frosties cereal
Lunch: Pizza (ham & pineapple) Dinner: Chicken & rice + what the kids did'nt eat Now: Jacket potato with lots of cheese & tuna ![]()

Breakfast
=> Milk coffee => muesli cereal with milk (brand: Mueslix, see official website) => peach Lunch => Onion bread Chicken sandwich => V8 (vegetable juice, see official website) Afternoon snack (I always seem to get hungry around 16:00, even if I had a big lunch) => Muesli cereal Dinner => Rice => Stir fried tofu with beef => Stir fried egg with garlic chives (see picture) => Stir fried um... small fish (the actual name is "Pseudosciaena polyactis", see picture) => Cherry Night / Midnight snack => I'll probably get a yogurt.
