Osu!
I've tried them raw, and the only time I've liked them was when they were covering up the Natto. (Note: We need an emoticon to adequately demonstrate the "Ugh!" of Natto for breakfast. )Osu!

The egg yolk has twice the ammout of cholesterol that the human body can process in one day. Hence - don't eat more than 3 eggs a week especially that we get a lot of cholesterol from other foods as well and many cooked foods contain egg yolk.
My father had a stroke many years ago (mild one, luckily). the first thing the doctor told him not to eat anymore were eggs for while - now he is allowed a maximum of 2 eggs a week. Everything in moderation! ![]()

Osu!
I eat at least a dozen eggs a week. (And I love my steaks, lamb, and all sorts of supposedly cholesterol-laden foods) I had my cholesterol checked quite recently, and both HDL, LDL and triglycerides levels were all good. I think that different people process foods differently. (Which is also why my friend N can eat slab after slab of A 4 size chocolate, and still be ripped. )Osu!

What DKKC says is based on that old research which was proved wrong in the last years. Many doctors don't know about it, I'm sure not everyone keeps track of all the new studies (who does?
)I eat about 4 eggs a day for a long time now and I feel completely fine ![]() Osu |

Well, I would like to! Could you post a link to it or let me know where I could find it? Thank you!

Untitled Document Does this help you? I wasn't able to find the studies online, I guess they are only published in a science magazine (But you can see where, so you may try to find a copy of a magazine if you are interested) Some more information about eggs: Useful Information on Eggs - Sherdog Mixed Martial Arts Forums Osu |
