I recall reading Michel Wedels book some years back and he was extolling the virtues of the odd beer and he was pretty handy on the tatami. If it was good enough for him its good enough for me.

it`s called the railway tavern, an old fashioned english boozer..not many about now unfortunately!

but i do know one in croydon where i`ll buy you a beer if you decide to come over for the open/k4l meet !!

I'm still trying to figure that one out. UK first, then Toronto, CA and finally Spokane, WA, USA. Three weeks in a row? Tough sell at home. I'd hate to miss either of the others, but I may have to choose 2 out of three.

Thankfully not!

I was there when one of our members had his going away debauchery. A couple of the lads tried to do Kata, but both went off at an unbalanced tangent. Very, very funny!

No, they were cross-eyed drunk, and added, subtracted, mixed and missed moves. They were like a tiny rowboat in an angry sea.

i remember one time getting driving home by my wife in her car. It was so low to the ground i thought i was floating. It really would have felt cool if i was straight but because i was cockeyed i felt really%#@ osu.

Are you sure you weren't leaning out the door?

Nothing much worse than being three or four over the limit and then hitting a winding road with a nervous driver. I go green at the gills just thinking about it.
