I have to agree with supergroup7 here re: the Tea. I've been cutting down on drinking also, instead replacing it with Green Tea or Jasmine tea. Obviously you can't buy this in a bar, but its a great alternative to a couple of quiet beers after work and the health benefits can't be argued either!

Wow. Nothing with bubbles... In a bar... Very limited options that don't hike up the calories, or inhibit the processing of sugars.

a marvelous place to drink beer...friendly people, watch the sport and have a bet on the tab if you want to!

i stayed in a bar/hotel near the bombay hills once and my friend and i were the only "white" people in the place,the maori`s having the craic said if we wanted to stay we both had to sing on the karaoke[ this was a friendly way of saying hello!]

after they finished laughing we all got extremely drunk..treasured memories

Well- in some countries, women who were pregnant used to be given a free pint (or was it a half?) of stout every day..as part of their "nutrition" program....

I miss my grandad he liked a beer or two, he was irish. He had the same haircut as you osu Bloke. But this was due to age not stlye im afraid.

Well, I somewhere heard that beer was actually the best after-sportsdrink since it contains everything you need to replenish (dunno if that's the correct word) after a work-out session... can't verify that but it sounds nice (and a good excuse to drink all that fine looking beer )

Osu everyone. I'm a litlle behind the times regarding this thread but, Id like to refer to a great american philospher and scholar. . . . Homer Sipmson. . . mmmmmmmbbbeeeeeer.

I must admit I like a cold beer every now and then, and in fact some of the best beers I have ever had have been at Sayonara parties after a tournament, or after gradings. Nothing better than training hard, fighting hard, and partying hard.

Oh i would so love a nice cold beer right now Im being good because im training for a tournament in 4 weeks, so im pretty much tee total. Its hard when the weather turns nice. Perfect beach and beer times... barbeques, parties..... ho hum.
