Trader Joe's Dark Mexican Ale. It was delicious!!

I've always loved Trader Joe's because they have a decent variety of some pretty good beers for a cheap price. Even cheaper than some of the liqour stores around here. I'll definitely go look for that dark Mexican ale next time!

But I've gotta say, I sometimes feel like almost any non-light beers would do good after a hard night of training. You're sweating, hot, thirsty, hungry, tired, and the first sip you make just brings life back into you. My teacher used to take me to an "izakaya" after training and things tasted great.
