Whey protein
Hello guys!

Whats ur opinion about taking whey protein after the kyokusin training is benefical??
Or only will be really usefull after weight lifting section??

Taking something like whey+ malto + glicose after and before training is good?

What u guys drink before training some suplement or just normal drinks?
(i am taking some malto with whey before )

BCAA+G from MRM. You can visit their website by searching google for "mrm supplements" I can't post links yet hehe mrm-usa k. The BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids. The +G is the +glutamine that is added to the supplement. The BCAA is recommended to be taken before, during, and after a hard workout. It increases nitrogent retention, protein synthesis(the use of the protein found in your whey drink to build muscle), and most importantly it protects muscle from the stress of heavy training and intense excercise. Some of that was a quote from the back of the package it comes in. I would suggest using BCAA's before, during, and after your workout, followed by the whey protein when all is said and done. That is what I have been doing and it seems to work well. My friend explained that the BCAA's help your muscles to receive protein thus making the Whey shake more effective if taken after BCAA's during excercise. Hope this helps! OSU!

-Jason

P.S. I also take their "Driven" energy drink before intense workouts.

I take 3 servings of a whey protein supplement every day, as close to before/after training as possible. I also take a multi-vit.

I don't know whether it's down to the supplements or something else, but I've put on 4 kgs of good mass in 2 months.

Sorry I disagree on taking whey before a workout - you will feel quite bloated if you do this.

What I do suggest is taking a protein supplement (anything but soy) directly after training and before bed. This will give your muscles time to recoperate after training.

A plain, basic whey or casein protein will work fine - don't bother with the ones with added amino acids, multivitamins, etc - the amounts they are add are so minuscule that you are better off getting them separately if you really feel as though you need them.

What I would suggest is adding a teaspoon of creatine to your post training drinks for a month and record the results - start weight, how you felt etc...I have been doing this for years now, and I know pretty well what supplement does what to my body.

osu ,but i would like to say my opinion in this if u are tying to gain weight all u have to do is eat before training to gain muscle and i dont really recommend supplements , i have a few freinds who have used and really does sum bad stuff to the body if u dont get the right dosage and amount of training needed so i just recommend training and eating better but it also depends on what you weight ? osu .

Ty for ur answer!
Actually i heard that whey protein is not very efficient when taken before bad because is quick absortion, i heard that in night is most indicated to take albumin or this kind of protein that have a slow absortion, actually i dont feel bloated taking suplementes before training taking like 1 our or 30 minuts before training for me is fine.

Most whey proteins come with some bcaa and vitamins deppending on mark of course, but most people i talked considered much better the ones with bcaa and vitamins actually iam in favor of this i thick is good.
Casein protein, i dont know this one, are u taking is better than whey?

I will be honest i dont like creatine because it create a ilusion because u are not really stronger, but just retain more water and also creatine can give kidney problems if dont take too much water.

Osu, Ty for ur answer!
well, i respect ur opinion because eating really helps but nowadays who have a perfect diet?
Gain weight? suplements are not necessary to gain weight you can take to help with definition, energy, mass, recovery, etc.
Actually the suplements that i intention to talk are the natural ones like whey (milk protein) albumin (egg protein) that will for sure do no damage to ur body, u frinds didnt take anabolics or steroids did they? this ones are realy a disaster, well the suplements usully come with a indication of a recomended dosage but nutricionist can help u if u want a ideal dose for u, the training i thick is very individual also the suplemments because is like for a very skinny person taking some mass would be good, for a person that are in normal weight taking whey will be good, i thick the problem of not taking any suplement is that seldom what u eat will make u have ur best potencial reached almost eveydoby have a poor or medium diet from my point of view u can count on fingers the number of people that have perfect diet, i guess is not like what u weight because there are suplements for people fo every weight for example skinny people can take mass, fat people can take a fat burner, ideal weight can take whey. Osu!

actually the best protein on the market is whey-protein hydrolysate. It is not the cheapest out there, but it gives the best results.

Casein protein is basically protein derived from dairy products. It has been studied extensively and has a very slow absorption rate, so thats why it is recommended to be taken before bed.

Creatine CANNOT give kidney problems - this is a common misconception.
