Creatine and karate are perfect combination. some say taht creatine leads ot problems with the liver. but i don't agree. you just need to drink more water cause creatine need hydration

That depends of which type of training you're doing.
Generally you can take creatine when you combine weight lifting and karate. Therefore when you choose a creatine, try to find alchaline or liquid creatine which are the best for your absorbtion. Normal creatine have needs of loading and downloading times while liquid one you can take it before training and it's quickly exploited. Creatine use is not for long time, also because if you eat enough carbohydrates you have the necessary engine to going on your training.
