I'm too skinny
Could you tell me how can i increase my weight with 10-15 kilograms (22-33 pounds)?I am 183 cm tall (6 feet) and only 60 kilograms (132 pounds).Please help

Train more and eat more! Eating will get you energy which will then be turned into either muscle if you train or fat if you don't. Since you're so light you probably have a really high metabolism, so eating a lot should give you a lot of energy with which to train!
Also, muscle mass comes with low rep, explosive weight training, not endurance. Do heavy weights and you should bulk quite fast (and bulk weighs). |

Well, eating is my biggest problem
.I only eat 2 times per day because i am rarely hungry.What can i do to fix that problem? |

Have/had the same problem, force yourself to eat, it's hard as i know from own experience but the only thing that works, also try some weight gainer if needed.

Yes that's true, I noticed a lot of improvements without doing something in the last 2-3 years and it hasn't stopped yet, and it is normal that your body first grows upwards and then to the side, so maybe just be patient and be happy that you are skinny and not fat, it's easier to gain weight than lose in my opinion (but can't say i've tried both

Mihai > You really need to eat more to bigger your stomach. But this works! It will make you hungry and makes you eat more.

Actually, in that case I suggest not forcing yourself to eat but instead go crazy with your workouts. If you burn ridiculous amounts of energy then your body will need more food to function. I promise your appetite will increase

Many people have told me that.But on the streets are guys that are over 100 kilograms.If you are attacked by one of them you realize that you need some weight

Mihai. I was even skinnier when i was about your age. I regret I didn't eat well then so my suggestion would be that you eat well and healthy.

Eat more, like 4 or 5 times per day. It's better to eat 4 or 5 times with little quantity than 2 times with big quantity. Try to eat lots of protein and lift weights.
Maybe it's in your genetics too. One of my friend is 6'4, 165 lbs. He eats and train a lot and he can't take weight. You're young too so be patient. I was 160 lbs for a long time (between 15 and 19) even if i was doing a lot of sport and training and by the age of 21, i was 185 lbs.

6 feet and 132 lbs O_O!!
Just imagine if you were to fight in the light weight division. The height advantage you would have over others. Use this to your advantage!

Make a decision to eat to the clock & not hunger. Prepare your food in the morning or at night, have it in your bag & whenever you think about karate pull something out of your bag & eat it. Sandwiches are good because you can wrap them into seperate parcels & once you open a parcel make yourself finish it. I'm just like you, my hunger isn't big enough to make me stop & eat but if it's put in front of me I can eat loads more! We just need an italian mama!

Stop training and quit martial arts. Eat nothing but fast food.
If you do all of this I'm 100% positive you will gain weight. lol |

Don't worry about your weight at 16!!
You compare yourself with other guys on the street that are over 100 kg. But what about your parents? Are they tall or small? Fat or skinny? These are also things to keep in mind. Just keep training and believe me: in a few years you will be a lot stronger.
