Only kumite is dangerous, and then only if you take a very hard blow just above the pubis. There is no problem training with a full bladder otherwise, except it can be hard to do jodan kicks whilst trying to keep your legs crossed

water
I drink about half a gallon of water by 3pm each my aim each day is to drink one gallon of water , but I train in something every day. On the offdays when I dont got to the dojo I jump rope and practice kata. When I finish my training Im always drenched. I would think each persons liquid requirements differ depending on how their body's needs.
