Organic vegetables?? Is it really better???
I was watching a NZ tv program called "What's in our food?". This week they had a topic on "Organic vegetables vs non-organic vegetables".

The fact was that they were quite similar in Nutirition.. The organic vegetables weren't any greater than normal vegetables. Chances are that the normal veges may have more chemicals in them..

What's cheaper? Grow your own veges!!! And fun Get dirty.

I'm looking for a little strip of land next to any prospective house. With the rising cost of fresh produce, I think it's the smart way to go.

Luckily I have my own house with a backyard vegetable patch ready to go, I actually enjoy gardening and cooking so im looking forward to spring. Right now I have some extremely hot Chillies called "Naga Morich" growing in a softdrink bottle/greenhouse. I like spicy food but I reckon these are going to be intense.

A little research indicates a Scoville rating of 855000! Yes, I'd say they'll be intense. Might I recommend a VERY cold beer?

There are some very silly children on YouTube. I saw many of them eating very hot peppers.

Sambal? Fond memories of Sambal on Stingray.

Well Organic is always better do to what IS NOT in the food item...

In many items the taste is better as well.
Then their is the effect on the body itself, but since we are bombarded with studies and other research [that is so one sided] that we fail to see the light and truth in things.

With the limitation of fertilizers, herbicide, and pesticide organic is long term better for you than you realize.
Now since I'm a person that only eats, it is easy for me to understand the difference my body is and was gone through and improved. As well I do not take any type of drug NON

Yes Organic is more costly, but usually the first few months then if you do the correct things to change your lifestyle [eating] it then is much less than what you are paying now.
The food [organic] is absorbed into your body at a much higher rate and the higher infusion of live organisms will effect your body.

Other things to aid to your health and/or energy levels you can do cleanings

With no tools of course, plowing the land with nothing but axe kicks and spear hands

And each area must be planted according to the footwork of a different Kata, right?
