Knee surg/Kyokushin Spirit & Basics
Osu!
I have my surgery 10-12-07, Arthroscopy. I will not be on the forum for a couple of weeks so as soon as i am back on my feet, i will be back on line and tie up some loose threadswith some members .On top of that, I come to work this morning and end up stopping a badguy running through my patrolled area. with my inflamed knee, I stopped him in his tracks and took him down with a clean osoto gari. No added damage to my knee, as a matter of fact, at the time of the action, i did'nt feel anything. I was worried about something going while on my bum knee....I think the mind and body is in complete harmony when the time comes. Well,...just to say to all new Kyokuku-kai's, Kyoku-vets, and other budoist, Keep practicing those basic fundimentals and it will all pay off. ![]() ![]()
