Someone mentioned in other forums that this style was derived from kyokushin.. and the man who said that is a practitioner of the style.. does anyone know if the style was really derived from kyokushin?

I am not sure if it is a direct offshoot of Kyokushin but Sensei Frank Perry did train with Hanshi Steve Arneil apparently - there is some mention of Seiki Juku on Sensei Shas Australian website flavours or lineage page. |

Osu!
I remember Frank Perry well, as we took black belt together in Holland in 1975. He was very strong, and had trained in New York under Kaicho Nakamura. Along with his Judo experience he was formidable indeed, and typical of the times he caused a stir when (as a brown belt) he turned over several highly respected black belts at the annual Tournament. He left Kyokushin soon after to set up his own group. Gary
