Koi karate

What Ive heard about this style is that it is a russian kyokushin offshot.
That it competes in all kind of competitions (often in Daido juku Kudo events) but that its own rules is full MMA (no helmet, full contact ground&pound, headbuts, groin shots) with thin MMA type gloves.
And that the founder is helping Royama and kyokushin-kan develop is new rule system as a adviser.

Does anyone have any info about it more than that?
Name of the founder?
Date for split from kyokushin?

Wow, it takes a while for someone to come up to check on the guy. It's kinda scarry... Is this how they do in Russia? or just the ref is not used to it?
