I have heard that the third book is material from the other two books but I dont know if this is thrue. When I look in the books there are some of our advanced katas that was not in the other two books and seems to be a lot of explanation about timing in sabaki and kata also some explanation of footwork, kicking/bagwork/power and selfdefense against weapons.

I'm not that good in japanese I have to study more about this.
