That date... September we start the (full) training. Oktober is to soon!!!
In august I m on holiday. But its always like that whit Christal Palace! Maybe next year in november...

Osu! Sublimo - it's soon ain't it!! I'm trying to get in shape but 10 weeks just isn't enough time - I still had it in my head it was the 24th of November like it used to be gonna be at this one supporting all the K4L members and attending the after party of course and intend to compete next year.

Yes indeed. But its always like that. I never want to fight again whitout desend training. My last tournament was a disaster. I went to Turkey a week before. I had to go for work (and also some pleasure off course). But watching my meals and weight all the time! I hate it. I couldn t focus. And now its the same. I guess I m going for the party aswell!

Ah the Gong Guy - been there - it is hard because you get caught up in the fights and I almost missed the clock running down once.
