Post Shinkyokushin 2nd All Japan Kyo-ka Gasshuku
Osu!

Day 1
Basics
- Miyoshi, Warmups/Basics 
-Ido Geiko/Techniques by Coach Kawahara
(kamae and stance that puts weight at the center of gravity ・ the use of the body and footwork)
-Maegeri(front)→One Two→Maegeri・・・repeat
-Your partner does Chokutsuki(Maegeri)→Go backwards but keep good distance→Get closer to retaliate(combo)
-Ichigeki knockout with your partner・・・If your partner doesn't fall then do a combo→aim for ippon

Sparring
1R/1Min -> do 20 Rounds Open weight sparring

Additional
Still ken-tate for 5mins
         
Day 2
<<Early morning training>>

- Sprints on grass field 500m × 5 times
- Sprint 70m straight  
- Divide in teams then 120m Slope sprint 5 rounds, after 3 rounds the top runners from each team compete.

<<Morning training>>
- Basics by Miyoshi 
- Techniques by Coach Kawahara
- Kumite no Kamae→Waki wo Shimeru(Good stance with elbows closer to your rib cage)→Block your partner's left/right tsuki→Retaliate combo
- Lower your waist with your knees (by bending?) . to hit by twisting at your waist . do not drop your elbows

Sparring 
1R/1Min 15 Rounds, this is basically continuing from the day before.

Additional
- Ken-tate 40 times, attach your jaw to the ground when you do this and Fukaku(deep) 
- Conditioning: Hit your partner's hara(stomach/abdominal area)

<<Afternoon training>>
- Basics by Miyoshi
- Techniques by Coach Kawahara(Mainly Yakusoku kumite)
* Jodan kick(any?) -> follow with a combo
* Block your partner's attack -> Tsuki to stomach then Uchimata Geri
* Combo(at least 4 techniques): Raise the upper body of your opponent -> your combo -> as if you try to have your opponent out of the matt

Sparring
* Heavy Weight fighters vs Middle weight/ Light weight/Female fighters 1R/90 secs 5 rounds
* In weight divisions 1R/2 Min 3 rounds

Self Training
In group, look back at training in the camp, and discuss what went wrong and how to improve.

In group:
Coach Kawahara: Tsuki to punching mitt/ Foot work
Senpai Niiho: One on one teaching, according to each fighters
Senpai Yamada: how to tsuki / use lower body

Additional
- Seiken no Nigirikomi(closing your fist) 200 times each Front/ Up/ Side 
- Ken-tate 40 times, Conditioning: Hit your partner's hara(stomach/abdominal area)
