I trained in an old-school boxing gym for over a year and one of the requirements to fight or spar in the ring was to be able to do a jumprope routine for approx 15 minutes. .......
I never made it further than shadow boxing in the mirror

Man, I really suck a jump rope... and I don't know what's problem but the rope always catches my foot. I know something is dragging... my feet or how I turn the rope. But dang, watching boxers jump rope makes me want to go crazy with my rope, haha.
