Roy Jones Jr. Training
Roy Jones Jr. is probably one of the most exciting boxers to ever step in the ring. Although he's way past his prime, a 40% Roy Jones is still probably better than most boxers. With that said, however, no one should try to fight like Roy Jones. You'll end up knocked out.
