That guy is just such a killer in the ring. He looks so superior when he fights. Almost detached, like he know he can win easy. But I guess this is why. There is ALOT of training behind it.

I'm surprised there is no weight lifting on that, shows how much you can get out of just doing conditioning. Go Buakaw!
