i just wanna go back to the topic here ,but i really do believe that washing our belts is really a bad thing becoz as sosai said that we should never wash our belts because our belt contains our hard work and sweat so washing away all that so easily is kinda bad hehe and i beleive it also has a bit of the kyokushin tradition and spirit osu !!!!!!

ty for the answer guys!

Smoothsake yes is kinda like when u are in a plane

lololololol Blackdog good to hear that is normal! lololololol u post is kinda scary but good to see that this is normal!

Thanks Bcook for the warning! i was already with a knife

ichigeki31 i know what you mean happens the same to me and come back to normal in some time, i discovered something i will put in the end of the post to share i find it very interresting, Osu!

Aunty Ichigeki i guess u hit in the point! I really need to concentrate on breathing properly! i agree totally with u relaxing counts a lot i must admmit sometimes i get a little tense but it disappears lol *i just feel unconfortabel when ears or stomach disturb lol

Well, i reaserched a little and talked to some friends that lift heavy weight they told me this is common problem is called somehting like Valsalva manouver and happens exaclty because what Aunty Ichigeki mention when u do like heavy exercise and hold our breath makes this happen, i found in many articles saying that is better to breath properly but this manouver is sometimes encoraged in bodybuilder for a extreme strong momment... sry if it is confusing my english is not perfect but in a row i guess this happens because holding breath, trying to breaft better and didnt happen

Somebody know what is the best way to breath during exercices?

Ichigeki31 i am following this line too most people mention not washing belt and i guess makes sense to hold ur efforts in a simbolic way! and agreed tradicional!

Osu!

LoL. Thinking about this and the problems associated with poor breathing & tensing prompted some strange experimentation!

A problem that's more common in men and more of a worry than sore ears but related to the same bad habit is hernia. Maybe Big Al knows more about it?

It's important that you breath out when you exert force (that's part of the reason we kiai) BUT if you are inclined to be tense also make sure you tense the right muscles in the groin area! It's common for folk to exert 'outward pressure' (out their rear end) when they exert force whereas it's really important you learn to exert 'inward pressure'. If you breath out AND tense your shita hara when you do a technique it's pretty much impossible to exert 'outward pressure' at the same time. SO... think about exhaling and tensing your abs when you do a technique! Having tense abs will also protect your gut when you have your guard open (ie. when throwing shots). I sure hope this translates okay

Ty for ur answer Aunty Ichigeki!
lol it translates ok! but i must admit i didnt got the perfect ideia about the groin muscules contraction lol, how you lern to exerct the inward pression? is this one that can make the ears stuck?
sorry for my ignorance but what is shita hara? is a chakra?
got it! it sound really good! thats why some fights make a sound when attack? rs like a sh sh
Do you thick making a better breathing tecnic help like avoiding pression in the ears?
In last training session i try to breath better and i guess it help lol i didnt feel any problem in the ears! thanks God!

Osu! thanks again very nice answer!
