Thank you sir...I do believe, but it's hard, because I train alone most of the time...I have to do my own stop watch I have to fabricate things to use as training tools...it's very very difficult, but it's not going to halt my progress....believe that.
It might slow me down a bit, but that just gives me more time to think up some more "retarded" workouts...lol OSU!!!!! |

Remember, dont re invent the wheel. There is a LOT of information available to us now. Train smart, train hard, and dont be afraid to test your limits.
