[Help] Increasing weight...
I'm 183 cm tall and 60 kg weight. I think I'm too skinny. Somebody help me increasing my weight??

Note: I have no problem with foods.

Learn Powerlifting. High weights, low reps.

Massive caloric intake.

If you want the lazy way to gain weight let me introduction to FATASS MEAL, McDonalds, Burger King, and any other fast food joint. Your bound to get there but at a cost....

Nah im just teasing, start eating a little more everyday then what you ate before would be my advice

Yes, a proportional one. For example, I'm 183 cm want to increase my weight from 60 to 70-75 kg.. But still in my mind...

Lots of Good food, lots of milk if your body can handle it. You can always give the 20 rep squat program a try. It's also known as super squats.

Also be aware that weight change takes time. Whether you're trying to go up or down, be prepared to take at least a year to see any meaningful change.
