He's Daido Juku..and he also trained with Master Toddy for Muay Thai(instructor level/kru in muay thai under Master Toddy) and had some very good muay thai fights. My first muay thai coached trained with him at the time and Kato cornered some of his fights in the states and in Japan.
Many Thai thaiboxers that have seen Kato's muay thai fights have a lot of respect for him.
