Flexibility

Hi everyone. As stated in my introduction i've only been training for less than a week and i feel my greatest challenge is flexibility. I am extremely stiff. So far what im getting is that stretches will eventually remedy that, but i was wondering if there are any other activities i could take up to speed up the process coz at the rate im going, it will be a while before i can do anything properly.

KakatoOtoshi is right. While newcomers are (sort of) forgiven, we've seen more and more regulars making duplicate threads. In case you should have forgotten, or just don't know, the search function is cleverly placed in the main navigation. It also has an advanced search, tag search and a regular Google search (replacing ye olde "site:" prefix, I should believe). Run along now, and remember to tell all your friends about this incredible, space-age functionality!

Note on duplicate threads: Ideally, a friendly moderator would merge threads or move post as seen fit. However, this is quite a boring task. Some times, threads are just locked. Other times, the moderator might just be naughty, and delete posts and threads, which are just noise that do not contribute or bring anything new to the forum. It's like an alternative form of entertainment, when you live in a small-time city and don't own a telly. On top of that, maybe you've run out of coffee, and you can't go out and restock on supplies, because it's always raining! Don't you just hate that? Anyway, enough about me, what I'm trying to say here is you should stop making those duplicate threads!
