Try Chokesports or their new division http://www.bushidosports.com/belts-2-c.asp they can get ISAMI embroidered with kyokushinkaikan karate-do kanji and will add the kanku label.

I saw a belt buckle (for pants) with the original kanku at Budoshop in Tokyo a while ago!
