Hi I'm a mu kyu grade kyokushin practicioner and "traditional" shotokan practicioner, from Uruguay. I'm new in karate, but I've got experience from Boxing and Judo/submission wrestling (grappling)... many years.

I'm here mostly to respectfuly read and learn from you. Great community! Keep up the good work and sorry for my laaaaame english.

(I'm reaaaaally interested in learn more about the roots of Kyokushin, the traditional part, how to work it. I'm a lover of the traditional styles, with lot of hojo undo and bunkai like shorin ryu, goju ryu or uechi ryu)
