4th Daidojuku World Tournament postponed to 2014/1st Kudo Junior World Tournament
The reason for the postponement is to make time for necessarily rule unification for the Junior World Tournament (10 and above) which will be held at the same time as World Tournament. Right now the rules for junior for different countries are much divided.

Futhermore, Kudo is selected as a exhibition sport at the 2013 World Games at Cali.

Under these circumstances, the Japanese fighters for the 4th World Tournament will be selected from the 2013 All-Japan/All-Japan Weight and 2014 All-Japan Weight.

What is your source for this information? I can't find any information on the World Games website nor the Daidojuku website.
