i'm back ^.^
Its been a little more than a year since I posted and I still haven't met my goal :/ I was very close for a while and dropped the ball. I am, however, trying again and am very close!! I am (at last weigh in) 25 lbs from my goal weight of 160 lbs. I had wanted to shoot for lower but my dietician (yes I now have one and she has helped tremendously) told me that if I went lower it wouldn't look right for my build and that 160 would be a good weight for me. Considering that when I restarted my weight loss I was at 210 I am quite proud of myself. I am also happy to announce I have advanced 2 belts to 6th kyu and my fighting has improved exponentially. I still have a lot of learning left to do but I am well on my way and happy to be so.
