conditioning

I have recently started training in kyokushin and am keen to improve my conditioning. Does anyone know of any conditioning training i can do solo when not at the dojo?

Burpees are a great solo training tool for conditioning.

Please make use of our user friendly search fuction!

http://www.kyokushin4life.com/forums/search.php
Search by "conditioning" (For illustration purpose, Search Titles Only/Show Threads)

And you will see the following among 30 useful threads:

KNOCKOUT! Explosive Power Conditioning by Piotr Szeligowski
How does soft tissue physiologically adapt to conditioning (Hardening)?
On Individualization of Strength / Conditioning Programs
A little bit of advice regarding impact conditioning... ( 1 2)
Iron Hammer and other conditioning tools

If you encounter problems when using the search function our members will surly help you. And as a suggestion, try make thread titles more descriptive instead of one or two words so in the future, other members with the same problems can find your threads for information too. How you want others to locate your thread, how you should write your thread titles.

Kyokushin4life is useful because it has a lot of valuable information from discussions past and present. Make the best use of them.
