The WUKO was supposed to merge with the ITKF (Nishiyama's group) but all they did was to change their name and told the ITKF to join. That soured the relations. Subsequent to the the WKC sprang up and the groups you mentioned.

Now there are too many of them - the WKF regards them as dissident groups and forbades interaction with them as at one stage they were also vying (or still are) for Olympic recognition.

Blech!! That really was a debacle! At first, I thought the point of your posting this was the fact that the guy was whining about a stubbed toe. To me, that part alone was worthy of a good laugh. But it just got worse from there.
