While i have been training in Kyokushin for a little longer then you, i have also ballooned in weight over the last 3 years.......however, when I started I lost 30 lbs in the first 6 months and 45 after about 18 months and stayed that way for a while......my training was much more consistent and my diet was a primary focus back then. Now......I out weigh you by a good margin!! But still do train on a different level however.
