Kyokushin dojo in Sacramento, CA?

Does any one know of a place to train in Kyokushin within the Sacramento area?

If not, is there anybody out there who would be interested in meeting up to start training?

Hi Johann,

If you search for "Sacramento" using the search function on this forum you'll find that other users from that area have expressed interest and asked where to find dojo.
(there seems to be something called School of the Tiger in Elk Grove and then some other dojos if you are willing to drive a bit).

Osu,

Fred Buck of AKKO Kyokushin used to be based in Sacramento - he might have some branch dojo still there. Check out http://www.akko.us and contact him for further assistance.

Osu!

Ramtown Karate is located in Dixon, California. (10 miles before Sacramento)They are a

Shorin Ryu group that practices traditonal Shorin Ryu kata, basics etc. However, they

have their own Okinawan version of Knockdown karate once a year in November. They

have several champions that have competed and won in other knockdown events

including World Oyama karate, Jissenteki War games etc. They also have a strong MMA

program.

Just look up Ramtownkarate.com or type in Sensei Jim Ernest.
