67 year old and 50 year old fight in bus
Warning - This video has vulgar language.
Warning - This video also includes violence ~ Nix
Looks like warranted self defense to me. Interesting to see a fight break out in a bus and caught in it's entirety on video, including the dialogue before and after.

Don't know about the self-defence... Yes, the black man was the aggressor, but the white man crossed the line.
"Next time, I'ma * you up!"
(Oh no, not next time! Anything but next time! )

Somewhere before he says "I'll put up your foot up your ass" he says that he is 50.

Never know who you're messing with.
What was that about "Never pick on an old guy, if they're too old to fight they'll just kill you"
Keep training!!

I think if a guy's wearing a T-shirt that says "I AM a mother<expletive>" it's probably not a good idea to mess with him in the first place...

Good one, the white guy really kicked the other dude ***. Good to see that he did not back off from the litle "gangsta punk".......you nknow, nowadays everything is an excuse for people call you racist. Good one, he deserved it.

I strongly disagree. He got him pretty good with the first punch, and the following strikes. He could have left it with that, but he clearly lost it. Beating on somebody who is lying on the ground crying for mercy is just not cool, and it goes way beyond self-defence.

That's the reality of fighting though. When the adrenalin kicks the system up to 100%, the off switch is hard to find. Sometimes, vicious beatings are little more than primal reaction to biological action.
Sounds clinical and cold, but only by viewing dispassionately can we try to understand certain behaviors.

Let's remember who got up and moved the length of the bus to avoid the situation, but was then approached twice by the other man.
I'm not advocating merciless beating by any means, but if the other guy had stayed in his seat and not followed him, they'd both have cooled down.

If you play with fire be prepared to get burned or what goes arround comes arround. And burned he got and boy what did it came back to him (I think a broken nose).
It is never a shame to say sorry in order to avoid a fight. It could hurt your pride but it definitly will not brake your nose.

Although I haven't been there for a while, I know a man down Austin way who used to ride buses late at night looking for troublemakers. His hair is white, although he's still fairly young.
He was a deterrent to one sort of crime, by committing another.
I've had a couple of issues on buses as well. People can easily get confused as to the nature of their fellow passengers.

Gah... Also notice how "Epic Beard Man" kinda gets cool again, and leaves the scene.
Bleh.. too bad we can't see who "started" the whole dispute thingy..

As I see it.
The old guy gets up and walks away from the younger guy and their argument.
The younger guys follows him and then punches first.
The old guys seems to a bit "odd" and I'm sure he used offensive language, but no matter what he said or screamed there is no call for the younger guy to follow the old guy and punch him.
That means that there is no question who started the fight!
The way he acted on the street afterward clearly shows old white beard to be disturbed, but in the buss he was not the aggressor. At most he used offensive language.
After receiving the first blow, the old guy starts punching and does not stop. The younger guy is on his knees but covers up, and when the punches stop the younger guy quickly gets up. He is not that damaged except for a cut lip. He is not knocked out.
This is not a competition. In a self defense you don't stop hitting until you are SURE you have punched the enemy so that he is no longer a threat. You dont stop and let him recover enough to attack you again.
But as I said. The old guy looks a bit mental.

It certainly looks like the old guy is a bit of a character, but the fight was definitely not his fault - and all the more strength to him for being able to stand up for himself.
I found the one about him being tazered at the baseball match more disturbing. Extreme abuse of authority by those cops!
