My new favorite exercise
The kettlebell see saw press. Not only is it a great shoulder exercise but it works your abdominals hard as well.

You won't notice your abs when you first do it, but when I woke up I felt like Ali must have after rope-a-doping for several rounds

You're welcome guys. One thing I should mention as I do mine a bit differently than the video: I lean slightly towards the opposite side when I'm pressing up the kettlebell.

I'll get back to you when I purchase some kettlebells! My colleagues at work have some but I do not feel like going there. I'll try them out on his Monday!

Hmmn, I really like swinging kb's in an arc. For pressing exercises, the grip on a db or bb is much more comfortable. KB pressing is something I'm going to have to work on before I get to the like stage.

Why, yes, BigAl, we did!
Worked it into a rotation, so I had different reports on it. I think that the shoulder stability is a significant factor in the exercise. (Which I should have realized earlier.) Because not everyone was equally strong, it made it tough for them to wave out equally.
Essentially a good way to show systemic weaknesses. Just like TGU's.
Thank you.

I'm pretty new to KBs so I'm using 20 pound ones for now - I can feel the core working though when doing this exercise.
