I could see a certain refinement in movement or transition from Kyokushin (knockdown karate conditioning and strikes) to Ashihara/Enshin (Sabaki, blind sides, some take downs (?)), then to Daido Juku (plus grappling).

Man, it's a bad time to be growing old... a lot of nice things to learn.
