Spring Oyama semi-contact tournament in NYC area?
Osu,
I realize it may be a little early, but does anyone have some information on the spring World Oyama tournament they can share please? I believe it is usually in mid-April and last year it was at Lehman High School in the Bronx. Anything would be appreciated! Thank you!

Not sure but im sure that you can call Sensei Matsumoto and he'll tell you. If you find anything out post it here, im going xD

The tournament is usually around the 2nd week in april around that time. The event starts at 10am and the kids go 1st then kata and semi-knockdown in the end. The event has been getting bigger and should be fun.. Ill try to find exact date and post it here. Osu

Osu, just following up here, but I heard the tournament was being held by the NJ Oyama dojo. However, when I called there they said they have not set a date for this yet. So not really sure what the status of this event is.
