Hi there the name's Baxter, I've only started Kyokushin two weeks ago but I'm loving every second of it, I've been practicing everyday (except Sunday) and will be for the rest of my life I'd imagine, now that I'm not smoking I wake up everyday refreshed, sore, and wanting more. I'm 24 from Centre City Martial Arts Dunedin NZ. I really feel Kyokushin is for me, I've just ordered a copy of The Book of Five Rings by Musashi and can't wait to start reading that while I start this journey.
You guys have an awesome community and I am honored to be a part of it.

Wow thank you guys for such an awesome welcome, I can't wait to start posting.

@Dent I remember when I was little and used to wear my all blacks jersey in Australia, it made me feel invincible. I hope to get that feeling back when I get my Dogi.
